Amy Liu, PhD, is a technologist turned Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness advocate. Raised in a medical family in China, she later rediscovered the traditional healing art while pursuing a tech career. Her TCM experience sparked a lifelong interest in the ancient wisdom and holistic philosophy of TCM.
Drawing from cultural roots and East-West experience, Amy brings fresh perspectives on the art of balance and self-care. From delivering TCM-inspired wellness talks on the corporate stage to sharing her insights through published writings and founding East Meets Wellness (EMW), she hopes to make the timeless wisdom relatable and inspire others toward inner peace, lasting wellness, and holistic living.
Amy holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Virginia. Before EMW, she spent over 20 years in the high-tech industry, leading teams to solve complex problems and improve product quality and reliability.
